Faststream Recruitment is working with a leading international organisation within the subsea cable industry to recruit an experienced Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, established business delivering complex, high-value subsea cable projects across the globe. The position is UK based and predominantly remote, with occasional travel required for client meetings and international project coordination. The Role As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful commercial and contractual delivery of major subsea cable projects, working closely with engineering, marine, operations, finance, quality and other internal teams.Your responsibilities will include:Managing projects through the full lifecycle,



from pre-award through to completionTaking responsibility for project P&L;, budgets, cost control and forecastingDeveloping project strategies to maximise revenue and marginManaging project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategiesManaging contracts, including commercial terms, scope, schedule and technical requirementsNegotiating and managing project variations and changesManaging key customer relationships throughout project deliveryMonitoring project financial performance and reporting key issues to senior leadershipCoordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders across integral projectsSupporting the successful delivery of several complex projects simultaneouslyWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for an established Project Manager with experience delivering technically complex projects within a relevant industry.
