The work includes:Mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side)Management buyouts and founder exitsShareholders’ agreements and joint venturesEarly-stage through to private equity investmentGroup restructures and reorganisationsCorporate governance and partnership arrangementsThe role offers responsibility for managing your own matters (appropriate to level of experience), supporting senior colleagues on complex transactions,
