Job DescriptionWe're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused individual to join our IT Service Delivery team as an IT Service Delivery Associate.No previous IT experience is required. We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.This is an idóneo opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, or perhaps looking to move into an IT environment from an administrative, customer service or coordination background.The role sits at the heart of our IT Operations function, helping to ensure colleagues across the business have the equipment, access and support they need to do their jobs effectively.While you'll work closely with internal IT colleagues and external suppliers, this is not a technical role. Instead, you'll focus on coordination, administration, asset management and service delivery activities that keep our IT operations running smoothly.What you'll be doing…You'll support a wide range of day-to-day Service Delivery activities,



including:Coordinating IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employeesPreparing and deploying laptops, mobile devices and other equipmentManaging IT assets and maintaining accurate recordsMonitoring stock levels and organising equipmentProcessing purchase orders, invoices and procurement requestsWorking with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders and track deliveriesCoordinating equipment collections and deliveriesProviding administrative support across the IT Service Delivery functionWhat we're looking forWe're much more interested in your attitude and potential than any previous IT experience.You'll likely be someone who:Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in getting things rightIs highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyCommunicates confidently with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholdersEnjoys problem-solving and finding practical solutionsTakes ownership of tasks and follows them through to
