This position can be based in Brussels, Belgium; Slough, UK; Monheim, Germany or Atlanta, USA. About the RoleAs Senior RWE Expert, you will be responsible for designing and delivering global real‑world evidence (RWE) studies that generate impactful insights across the product lifecycle. You will contribute to strategic decision‑making by developing evidence that supports research and development activities, regulatory requirements, payer needs, and clinical practice.In this role, you will help drive the development of asset‑level RWE strategies, working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify evidence gaps, generate meaningful insights, and advance innovative approaches to evidence generation.



You will also contribute to the evolution of real‑world data capabilities and methodologies that strengthen UCB’s ability to address complex healthcare challenges.Who You’ll Work WithYou will work closely with RWE Strategy Leads, Epidemiology and Evidence Synthesis teams, Safety and Pharmacovigilance colleagues, Biostatisticians, Data Scientists, and external research partners.
