and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.What you’ll do Your key accountabilities will include:Own the financial performance of Womenswear, partnering with senior leaders to deliver sales, profit, stock and cash targets through proactive commercial insight and challenge.Lead forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring robust plans support business objectives.Drive profitable growth through analysis of trading performance, scenario modelling, pricing, promotions and investment decisions.Optimise stock performance and working capital efficiency, balancing customer demand with commercial returns.Build strong partnerships across Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Online and Customer Insight teams while driving continuous improvement across Commercial Finance.Who you are Your skills and experience will include:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong experience i
