Tribe Test Engineer (TTE)Role DescriptionWe are looking for a forward-thinking, experienced Tribe Test Engineer (TTE) who is passionate about quality engineering and delivering high-quality software solutions within an Agile environment.The Tribe Test Engineer is a transversal leadership role within the Tribe and is responsible for defining, managing, and continuously improving the Tribe's testing strategy and quality approach. Working as part of the Release & Test Orchestration function, the TTE partners with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Tribe Release Engineers, Test Engineers, Automation Engineers, Developers, Architects and Business Stakeholders to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle.The successful candidate will provide technical and strategic leadership across all testing activities, ensuring consistency, traceability and governance whilst enabling squads to deliver high-quality solutions at pace.What You Will DoTest Strategy & Quality LeadershipOwn and maintain the Tribe Test Strategy,
