Working within a highly experienced commercial team, you will play a key role in managing project costs, supporting commercial performance, and ensuring successful project delivery across multi-disciplinary design and construction programmes.Key responsibilities include:Managing cost planning, budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Preparing, negotiating and administering contracts, subcontracts and variations.Producing accurate cost reports,



forecasts and financial analysis.Identifying commercial risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.Building strong working relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, industry regulations and company standards.Supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and nuclear projects.Qualifications/Experience Required:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction, infrastructure or nuclear projects.Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods and commercial management.Experience managing project costs, budgets and financial reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary project teams.Experience using commercial and project management software is advantageous.UK National S
