Senior SHE Manager - Nationwide / Remote / SiteSummaryA Specialist Civil Engineering Contractor who operate on Heavy Civils & Major Tunnelling projects across the UK are looking to hire an experienced Senior SHE Manager to lead safety excellence across major civils and infrastructure projects in the UK.This is a senior, hands on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced, high responsibility environment happy with UK travel.As Senior SHE Manager, you will oversee SHE performance across all the groups projects and depots, ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and client requirements. You will develop and deliver audit programmes, lead investigations, manage SHE Advisors, and act as a trusted advisor to the SHE Director and operational leadership.This role requires a high level of visibility across sites and therefore involves regular nationwide travel, and prolonged periods away from home.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Culture- Lead by example, embodying the LIFE culture and inspiring excellence in SHEQ performance. - Manage, mentor, and develop SHE Advisors,
