Overview In this role you will lead supplier audits to validate contract compliance, detect value gaps, and strengthen governance within Sanofi's Contract Assurance function. You'll collaborate with procurement, legal and finance to translate findings into actionable improvements, guiding corrective actions and enhancements to monitoring practices. The position sits within a general, cross-functional team focused on turning audit insights into real value and risk reduction.
You will work on evolving audit tools, templates, and analytics to support scalable, compliant supplier management.

Responsabilidades
Plan and execute supplier audits focusing on contract compliance, performance, and financial integrity
Analyze supplier and Sanofi documents to identify risks and value gaps
Draft clear audit findings with quantified impacts
Engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers to validate findings and drive resolution
Lead select audit assignments, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communications
Track corrective actions and monitor outcomes
Contribute to risk-based supplier targeting using spend, content, and data trends
Recommend improvements to contract language and monitoring practices
Integrate audit learnings into source-to-pay and supplier relationship management
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance audit tools, processes, and methodologies
Support development of internal templates, training materials, and knowledge-sharing tools
Support audit debriefs and presentations to translate findings into improvements
Reinforce supplier accountability and better contract execution through insights and engagement
Requisitos principales Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline
3+ years of audit experience (internal or external), forensic auditing, or contract compliance
Strong analytical and critical thinking with attention to detail
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
Team player able to work autonomously and across diverse projects remotely
Comfortable in a matrixed, global environment across cultures and time zones
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or SAP is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%
