Overview In this role you will support integration testing activities for avionics and mission systems at Getafe, with potential short-term site support. You work with cross-functional teams to prepare, execute, analyze, and report integration tests across ground and flight contexts, contributing to certification and qualification efforts for multiple aircraft programs. The position offers variety, international coordination, and a path to impact system integration and verification.

You will engage with design offices and certification authorities to ensure robust V&V; outcomes.

Responsabilidades Prepare and execute integration tests on aircraft ground and flight contexts; derive reporting and data analysis.

Contribute to Integrated Test Team discussions and test planning activities.

Support development, certification and qualification lab/rig testing per Test Program requirements and ensure appropriate V&V; strategy.

Review and optimize Test Requests and plan,



challenging test requirements to improve outcomes.

Interface with design offices, Test Integrators, and program offices, assisting in system architecture input for Avionics & Mission Systems.

Identify and analyze system misbehaviours, detailing impact for designers.

Optimize data analysis methodologies and manage testing priorities.

Requisitos principales ≥5 years of experience in Integration Testing (RIG/LAB) for AVS/MISSION systems

Knowledge of Integration & Tests roadmap

Strong adherence to timescales and milestones

Willingness to travel and work across multiple sites

English and Spanish technical negotiation at professional level

Experience with human factors competences appreciated

NATO SECRET clearance valued (optional)

Open to proposing process and tool improvements strong coordination and collaboration across test centers, design offices and program offices target-driven with attention to milestones
