Rustic Pathways is seeking a Local Spain Program Leader to support student travel for summer 2027. You will live in Spain, assume primary responsibility for student welfare, and coordinate with international leaders, vendors, and Rustic Pathways staff.
You’ll respond to incidents, supervise activities, and ensure safety, cultural sensitivity, and strong communication with parents. A passion for experiential education and service-learning is essential.
