Join a Banking Customer Service Team
Are you fluent in Catalan and have at least B2 Spanish? Join a professional customer service team supporting customers and non-customers of a major company in the banking sector.
You will provide assistance with banking products, services and everyday telephone banking operations, as well as help users navigate the bank's website and mobile app.
What you'll do
- Handle incoming customer and non-customer calls.
- Provide clear information about banking products, services and procedures.
- Resolve telephone banking enquiries and operations according to established guidelines.
- Support customers with website and mobile app navigation.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Follow established banking procedures and quality standards.
Schedule
38.5 hours per week
Depending on the assigned shift:
- Morning: 08:00–16:00
- Afternoon: 15:00–22:00
- Late/night: from 20:00 or 22:00
The service operates Monday to Sunday. When you work on weekends, you receive days off during the week.
Salary
€16,919.84 gross/year base salary
+ €129.27 gross/month language allowance
+ €1.92 gross/hour for Sundays worked
Salary is based on the Spanish Contact Center collective agreement.
Paid Training
Before starting the role, you will complete 25 days of paid training:
- 09:00–15:00
- On-site in Madrid or Valencia
- Training will prepare you for the banking service, procedures and customer interactions.
What we're looking for
- Catalan: fluent/native level.
- Spanish: B2 or above.
- Previous customer service or call-center experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable working with websites, mobile apps and digital tools.
- Ability to follow procedures and handle customer enquiries accurately.
- Availability to work 38.5 hours/week on-site in Rivas-Vaciamadrid.
- Flexibility to work Monday–Sunday according to the assigned schedule.
