Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Define customer journeys, user stories, personas, and process flows.




- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution reviews.
- Create and maintain business documentation, process maps, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

- Experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, banking, treasury, cash management, or digital customer platforms.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process modelling.
- Experience defining customer journeys, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
