Overview In this role, you will drive global business continuity and IT resilience for Eurofins' network. You will work within the IT Risk Management function, coordinating with regions and laboratories to bolster operational continuity. You will design projects, assess IT risk, and refine BC/IR methodologies to protect systems against evolving threats. The role offers impact across the organisation with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and clear, solution-driven reporting.

Responsabilidades Design, plan and execute global business continuity and IT resilience projects

Lead comprehensive BC/IR assessments and identify IT-related risks

Develop and improve BC planning methodologies and IT risk assessment frameworks

Track implementation of mitigation actions across departments

Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and IT teams globally





Communicate findings and recommendations through clear reports to senior leaders

Present results to senior IT and business leaders in a professional, solution-oriented manner

Requisitos principales 5 years of proven experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Risk Management, and cybersecurity

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, development practices, and security controls

Solid understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM/SOAR, data center operations, and network design

Masters degree in a related field

Independent and structured work style

Strong negotiation skills and ability to challenge status quo

Emotional intelligence and ability to navigate large organisations
