As we continue to grow across international markets, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Developer to support the development of our distribution network and customer base across France, the Middle East and Africa.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building strong commercial relationships and identifying growth opportunities across diverse international markets.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for expanding Josper's market presence through the development and management of distributors, dealers and strategic partners, whilst identifying new opportunities with key customers across the hospitality and foodservice sectors.

The role offers significant exposure to international markets and the opportunity to work with a globally recognised premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop sales and strengthen the company's presence in France, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Identify, prospect, and recruit new distributors, dealers, and strategic business partners.
- Manage and develop existing distributors, supporting them in achieving sustainable business growth.
- Define, together with the Sales Director, annual sales targets, commercial conditions,



and development plans for each distributor and market.
- Monitor distributor performance, market coverage, sales pipeline, and achievement of agreed targets.
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with hotel groups, restaurant chains, consultants, distributors, and other relevant industry stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations related to pricing, discounts, payment terms, commercial agreements, and distribution conditions.
- Understand and manage key international trade finance and payment instruments, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, documentary collections, advance payments, and credit terms.
- Develop market intelligence by monitoring competitors, pricing, industry trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate, structured, and reliable sales pipeline through the company's CRM system.
- Prepare sales forecasts and provide periodic reports on market development, opportunities, and distributor performance.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry events, customer meetings, and commercial presentations.
- Use trade fairs and professional events as an active prospecting tool to generate new customers, projects, and distribution opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, Technical, and Culinary teams to support business development and customer projects.
- Travel regularly within the assigned markets.

About You





We are looking for an energetic and commercially minded individual who enjoys working in an international environment and is motivated by building relationships and developing new business opportunities.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in international B2B sales, export, or business development.
- Previous experience working with distributors, dealers, or indirect sales channels will be highly valued.
- Strong business development and prospecting mindset, with the ability to identify and develop new markets.
- Good knowledge of international trade, export processes, and international payment methods.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with distributors and customers while maintaining clear commercial objectives.
- Structured, organized, and disciplined profile in CRM management and opportunity tracking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple countries, customers, and opportunities simultaneously.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.

Languages

• French: C1 level minimum (essential)

• English: C1 level minimum (essential)

• Arabic: Highly desirable
