We are looking for a person to support the Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to identify, develop and close opportunities across Iberia and Latin America, coordinating tenders, proposals and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

The role will have a particular focus on medical equipment (MEQ), hospital construction and healthcare infrastructure projects within VAMED WWH.

Required Experience & Background:

- Minimun of 5 years of experience in Business Development, commercial development, tenders or strategic partnerships within internationally active companies.
- Relevant experience in MEQ/medical equipment as well as hospital construction, healthcare engineering, EPC or healthcare infrastructure projects.

•Proven track record of working across international markets, with experience in Iberia and/or Latin America particularly valued, and with clients, partners,



consultants and multicultural teams.
- Demonstrable experience in public or private tenders, from opportunity identification through proposal submission, negotiation and follow-up.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, International Business or a related field.
- Relevant experience in the healthcare sector, particularly hospital projects, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, analyse and qualify business opportunities, competitions and tenders across Iberia and Latin America, maintaining the commercial pipeline up to date.
- Support the bid/no-bid strategy and coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals with MEQ, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, PMO and Project Management teams.
- Lead and support the commercial development of tenders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with public authorities, healthcare operators, clients, contractors, manufacturers, consultants, local partners and potential business partners.
- Participate in the negotiation and structuring of strategic partnerships, consortia, MoUs, NDAs, teaming agreements and other collaboration agreements.
- Prepare market analyses, opportunity reporting and presentations for Management, ensuring continuos follow-up through award or closure.
- Represent VAMED WWH at meetings, events, trade fairs and international business missions as required.
