Overview In this role you will design and deliver robust analytics, reporting, and automation for the Volume Planning teams across Europe. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to turn business questions into scalable data solutions and insights, shaping the company's strategic innovation program. You'll work with data to improve performance visibility, build analytical models, and drive value for operations.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role with a clear impact on data-driven decision making and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

Develop analytical solutions that meet high standards of rigor and data integrity

Adopt best practices in reporting, testing, validation, and documentation

Write high-quality code to retrieve and analyze data

Analyze problems in context and design pragmatic analyses and automated metrics

Understand data resources and when/how to use them for business value

Develop analyses for business needs, not for analysis's sake

Align work with business objectives and deliver measurable value

Improve knowledge of Amazon's business and data resources





Support BI and custom software development from requirements to deployment

Maintain and support deployed solutions, with ownership of issues

Manage 1–2 main projects in parallel

Collaborate with senior colleagues to integrate requirements into scalable systems

Present solutions to stakeholders in weekly syncs

Lead testing guidance for stakeholders and ensure solution maintenance

Requisitos principales Experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight, or similar)

Experience with industry analytics tools and statistical methods (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI; t-test, Chi-squared)

Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, or R)

Experience with SQL

Experience in the data/BI space

Clear communication with cross-functional teams eye for detail analytical problem solving
