Waiter / Waitress – DUPLA Specialty Coffee (Bilbao)

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and fast waiter/waitress to join our team part-time.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in hospitality or cafés
- Good English and Spanish!
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast and busy services environment.

What you’ll do:
- Floor and counter service
- Serve coffee, brunch, and bakery products
- Keep the café clean and organized
- Help create a warm and professional customer experience
- Minimal kitchen support (pastry management, oven handling)

What we offer:
- Permanent contract according to the convenio
- Salary + shared tips
- Daytime only shifts (between 09:00–14:00)
- Usually 4-5 hour shifts
