SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

Sevilla Hybrid Permanent contract

ROLE CONTEXT

As part of our Legal Department, you will contribute to the continued expansion and development of our international operations across more than 15 countries.

You will work in collaboration with experts from different disciplines, providing your technical expertise in projects with a high level of responsibility.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for professionals with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence:

- Law Degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
- 8-10 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law , preferably gained at a leading law firm and/or an international company.
- English level: C1

- Commercial contracting.
- Corporate restructurings and reorganizations.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;).
- Supporting and coordinating legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

- Provide ongoing legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters.
- Participate in corporate restructurings and group reorganization projects.
- Act as Secretary to Boards of Directors and support corporate governance activities.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Participate in corporate transactions and M&A; deals,



including due diligence processes, negotiation, and execution of Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs).
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and provide legal support to different business areas across the Group.
- Lead, coordinate, and manage a team of 3-4 lawyers
