Overview In this role you will lead the AdvanCloud platform team to shape the technical direction of a mission-critical cloud SaaS powering RFID data processing, inventory management, and retail analytics. You will partner with product and business stakeholders to translate ideas into scalable software, ensure architectural coherence, and steer a cross-functional team toward high-value outcomes. You'll oversee AWS-based infrastructure, drive security and compliance, and contribute to AI initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

Drive the technical direction of the AdvanCloud platform focusing on software architecture and cloud-native solutions

Make architectural decisions ensuring scalability, maintainability, security and long-term evolution

Translate product ideas and business vision into concrete technical solutions and actionable plans

Refine requirements with stakeholders and define priorities to maximize value

Coordinate day-to-day execution and remove blockers

Support Agile delivery processes and keep the team aligned and productive





Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure including deployment, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency

Contribute to AI-related initiatives, defining use cases and guiding experimentation

Address security and compliance considerations, collaborating on platform dependencies

Report progress, risks, and decisions to leadership

Requisitos principales Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

5+ years of software management experience, ideally with cloud platforms

Proven leadership experience

Strong background in software architecture, especially in cloud environments

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and modern backend development

Ability to translate product and business needs into technical solutions

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure management)

Interest or experience in AI-based features or chatbot solutions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to balance technical depth with team leadership

Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks is a plus

Experience with RFID, IoT, or retail technology is a plus

Fluent in English; Catalan or Spanish is a plus
