Farmak International is looking for a proactive, customer-oriented professional to join our team based in Barberà del Vallès.

This position will be responsible for the Customer Service Area, which provides ongoing support for inquiries, issues, and questions related to the Hospital Business Unit and its hospital clients.

Furthermore, the incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining an up-to-date Pricing Master File, which will serve as the reference database for billing, as well as compiling and maintaining all client professional data (email, phone number, services, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Master File of customers:

- Create Excel sheet whith these data: Customer data ,Product, offer Price, Kam responsible,Hospital order, Pharmacy Responsible.
- Price updated according to current offers used by KAM's.
- Billing concepts will be assessed.

Call Center management:

- Monitor and control incoming calls; create call reports. Update automated messages and ensure no calls are missed.
- Manage and oversee customer complaints; maintain an Excel tracker of all claims.




- Ensure compliance with daily attendance (online and on-site).
- Ensure adherence to the company’s European guidelines.
- Provide management and support for the sales team’s needs.

Tender management:

- Create procedures for Public Tenders.
- Control and manage documentation to ensure all Public Tenders are submitted on time.

Requirements

- University degree or High Vocational Training in Pharmacy or Administrative Management.
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service within a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
