Is currently looking for

Construction Manager

- As owner’s representative (direct to the developer), will oversee all Contractors & Sub-Contractors on site. Ensuring we are all in control of the respective work packages /projects.

- Leads in checking & monitoring construction budget (operating budget) and the Project Execution Plan (PEP – Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communication, Risk, Procurement, & Integration) and present to the higher management /owner for approval.

- Ensures weekly and/or monthly reporting are done - to keep the higher/top management updated on the project status, also this is the venue for the presentation of Issues & Concerns affecting the managed area /project that may need immediate action & support from top management.

- Manage and leads in the evaluation, monitoring and reporting of weekly and/or monthly status of projects in terms of physical and financial accomplishment during the construction stage to include issues, concern & learning.

- Manage /oversee the conduct of Procurement processes from sourcing out bidders, evaluation of bidders, conduct pre-bids, evaluation of bids, presentation to higher management /owner for awarding, review provisions on the contract, and awarding to Sub-contractors and/or Suppliers.





- Do final review & recommendation “for approval” on requests for changes in plans initiated by the project technical group (PTG – owner/proponent, designers, property management, etc.) whether due to aesthetics, functionality, site conditions or value engineering.

- Manage /oversee in establishing project construction schedule and budgetary cost parameters during the planning and construction stage of future /upcoming projects.

- Manage /oversee value engineering process during project planning and construction.

- Manage /oversee the selection of consultants, contractors, suppliers for the required services of the project design to construction.

- Arbitrate and assist in the settlement of problems/conflict between members of the Project Technical Group on technical aspects and coordination issues.

- Leads in value engineering processes during project planning and construction.

- Generally, performs other duties as directed by the direct head and/or the Owner, and as the company (BVI’s) Construction Manager (the owner’s representative).
