Overview

In this role you support Welo Life Sciences by assessing project scope and delivering accurate quotes, while collaborating with Project Management to meet client requests. You will drive quote follow-up, monitor client satisfaction, and identify additional sales opportunities to grow existing accounts. You’ll advise clients on project feasibility and cost considerations, streamline administrative workflows, and ensure accurate project setup and governance. This role offers hands-on interaction with cross-functional teams in a regulated, ISO-certified environment, with a focus on delivering value to pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.

Responsabilidades

- Prepare quotes and calculate turnaround times for clients
- Follow up on quotes to achieve target acceptance rate
- Monitor client satisfaction and changes in service usage
- Provide feedback on client satisfaction and service completion
- Identify new sales opportunities and retain existing accounts
- Discuss and plan sales strategies with Business Developers




- Advise clients on project management beyond product specs, including expenses
- Reduce administrative tasks by improving workflows with existing clients to increase margins
- Meet KPIs: quoted amount, accepted amount, price-per-project for existing clients
- Communicate project information clearly to relevant parties
- Convey client requests accurately to Project Managers
- Finance governance: register correct information (client/legal entities, PO, billing schedule)

Requisitos principales

- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication
- Desirable: knowledge of another language
- Total command of Microsoft Office
- Desirable: knowledge of XTM and/or Phrase, and FineReader
- Experience: 2–4 years in customer-facing localization/translation/project management roles
