Experteer Overview
In this hands-on role, you design scalable automation across the full testing pyramid and enable AI-assisted tooling where it adds value. You architect enterprise-grade test automation in Java and TypeScript, embedding quality signals throughout the SDLC and CI/CD. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver faster, safer software for one of Europe’s largest automotive finance companies. You will shape frameworks, improve UI/E2E quality, and promote data-protective testing practices.

• Design, evolve and maintain scalable test automation frameworks in Java and TypeScript
• Promote strong unit testing and create contract, service-level, API, and high-value E2E coverage




• Build stable Selenium and Playwright test suites with visual regression and self-healing approaches
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD to provide rapid quality signals
• Manage test data provisioning, masking, refreshing, and synthetic-data strategies in line with GDPR
• Troubleshoot, optimize test speed and reliability, investigate failures
• Turn test results into actionable insights highlighting trends, risks and release readiness
• Evaluate and communicate value of AI-assisted testing and related tooling to stakeholders
