District Loss Prevention Manager, TJX, Madrid, ESDescripción del trabajoExperteer Overview In this District Loss Prevention Manager role, you lead and develop a district LP team to support our safety and loss-reduction strategy. You partner with District Managers to drive shrink and safety initiatives and manage KPI performance, budgets, and resources. You act as an ambassador for the TJX brand, collaborating with partners to protect associates and customers while addressing security and HR issues.
