As an Expert Full Stack Developer at Allianz Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive web applications that support our partner projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Your role will involve optimizing performance, ensuring security, and implementing best practices in full stack development. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in full stack development.
Operate across the full stack with AI as a force multiplier - use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants daily for frontend, backend, and API development; generate tests, write documentation, and conduct AI-assisted code reviews as a matter of routine.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
~7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
~ Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular .
~ Experience with back-end technologies such as Java and Spring boot.
~ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
~ Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
~ Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent)
