- Participate in the different steps of formula development for fragrance and home care products
- Formulate cosmetics (fragrance category) and home care products
- Determine stability of formulations and ensure commercial feasibility
- Ensure testing to guarantee a marketable final product is on schedule
- Interact with internal teams during the formulation and development process
- Create and maintain formula-related documentation for product development and commercialization
- Help develop raw material, bulk, final product specifications and manufacturing procedures
- Support stability studies and product performance protocols
- Prepare required laboratory SOPs
- Participate in manufacturing transfer from pilot lab batches to commercial production
- Contribute to resolving product or process problems
- Maintain awareness of scientific and technological advances relating to cosmetic product development

Requirements

- 0-2 years experience in cosmetic formulation
- Understanding of cosmetic product attributes and consumer insights
- Knowledge in ingredients, physical testing and analytical methods applied to cosmetics
- Knowledge in fragrances would be a plus
- Familiar with global cosmetic regulations
- Master's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Cosmetic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Spanish, English, French would be a plus




- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Technical skills (laboratory)
