Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead data-driven performance marketing for a Glovo region, partnering with marketers, data engineers, and data scientists to uncover opportunities, measure performance, and optimize campaigns. You’ll own 360 projects, drive acquisition and re-engagement across App Campaigns and programmatic channels, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to elevate regional growth. You will apply hands-on analytics to tackle challenges, run rapid tests, and share insights to raise overall performance. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to shape regional marketing strategy within a general delivery platform.

• Lead end-to-end regional campaigns (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE) from ideation to optimization
• Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement via App Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels
• Collaborate with marketers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to maximize impact across Paid Social, SEM, ASA, and programmatic

Responsabilidades
• 3-5+ years in performance marketing
• Strong focus on Google App Campaigns (preferably UAC) and programmatic advertising
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and maximizing ROAS
• Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, incrementality testing
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, or Appsflyer
• Fast-paced, proactive problem-solver with strong communication
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
