In this role, you will act as a trusted business advisor, bridging clients' operational needs with our innovative hospitality technology solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product,



and marketing teams to ensure client success and drive a high return on investment. Additionally, you will leverage data-driven insights to report on account health and influence our integral product roadmap.ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly retention and revenue goals by protecting core revenue and closing growth opportunities.Ensure world-class customer satisfaction and support client operational needs by fully optimizing OpenTable's technology for every hotel account.Maintain operational excellence by documenting all client communications within Salesforce and reporting on account health and KPIs to senior leadership.Demonstrate subject matter expertise on our full suite of solutions, including table management platforms and online marketing tools, to solve complex C-suite challenges.Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by providing consistent field feedback on trends and feature
