delivering new platform capabilities and self‑service cloud services that enable product teams to deliver value at speedEstablish and oversee governance frameworks covering financial management, security operations, deployment best practices, and policy compliance.Define and enforce quality standards, service‑transition rigour, and security compliance to enhance operational performance across metrics such as availability, workload utilisation, and SLA adherence.Serve as a senior technical leader, setting technical direction, resolving escalations, and clearly communicating complex technical matters to senior stakeholders.Manage key stakeholder expectations while ensuring the timely and high‑quality delivery of team priorities and cloud platform roadmaps.Coach, mentor, and line‑manage cloud engineering talent (internal and partner teams), while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with Primark’s engineering strategy.What You’ll Bring Her
