Factorial is seeking an Account Manager for the Spanish Market to support and scale our CX team. You will manage client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, close upsell/cross-sell deals, and focus on retention and client satisfaction through regular calls and product updates.
Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering and Finance to drive growth and monitor portfolios. Fluent Spanish and professional English are required; 1+ year of B2B portfolio management is preferred.
