Overview

As Regional execution lead, you will operationalise initiatives across Azure, Modern Workplace, Security and Business Applications, turning regional strategy into country plans. You’ll govern end-to-end execution, tracking adoption and outcomes, and maintaining consistent delivery through the Sales Execution PMO. You work across marketing, enablement, presales/COE and operations to standardise outputs and accelerate country activity. You’ll resolve competing demands between solution areas and drive a repeatable, scalable execution model with measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

- Plan and execute initiatives across all Cloud Solution Areas with milestones and country engagement
- Manage execution cadence, action tracking, risks and blockers for cross-CSA portfolio
- Operationalise POD outputs into standardised country execution plans across markets
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, enablement, presales/COE and operations to deliver outputs across solution areas
- De-conflict activities when initiatives compete for country resources or partner attention
- Identify country-led activities scalable to regional level and translate plays across solution areas
- Capture best practices and convert into repeatable execution guidance and assets
- Ensure compliance with integral standards in execution (taxonomy, reporting fields,



asset versioning)
- Provide progress reporting and escalate issues to PMO and Regional BD Solution Leads
- Own day-to-day execution planning and coordination; propose adjustments and improvements
- Escalate prioritisation conflicts between solution areas to leadership
- Deliver initiatives on time with measurable outputs across Cloud Solution Areas
- Maintain visibility of execution status, risks and mitigation at regional and country level
- Ensure country participation and follow-through on agreed actions
- Provide actionable feedback loops into sales play improvement
- Apply one consistent execution standard across solution areas with reusable assets

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience leading cross-country initiatives in a regional/pan-European remit
- Experience across multiple solution areas or business lines simultaneously
- Comfort coordinating across sales, marketing, enablement, operations and technical teams in a matrix environment
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and cloud solution areas (Azure, Modern Workplace, Security, Business Applications)
- Execution leadership with milestone, risk and dependency management
- Strong stakeholder coordination and operational communication (oral and written)
- Strong governance discipline and continuous improvement mindset
- Self-starter with bias to standardisation and repeatability
- Fluent English; a second European language preferred
