Overview

As Data Architect at INBRAIN, you will design and maintain the enterprise data ecosystem to support analytics, reporting, and operations. You'll bridge database engineering with data strategy, ensuring secure, scalable data flows across systems. You'll collaborate with AI/ML teams and stakeholders to align infrastructure with business needs, enabling real-time neuroscience solutions. Responsabilidades

Design and optimize relational and non-relational schemas for new and existing applications

Implement scalable, reliable data storage solutions and optimize performance

Collaborate with developers to improve data structures and storage efficiency

Oversee database security, backup, recovery, and maintenance strategies

Develop and maintain the enterprise data model and data flow architecture

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all systems

Work with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to align data infrastructure with needs

Evaluate future database technologies, cloud solutions,



and analytics platforms

Establish best practices for data management, storage, and access across the organization

Design end-to-end data solutions from schema to enterprise-wide data flow

Optimize query performance and storage

Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences

Adapt to new technologies and foster continuous learning

Requisitos principales Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience in database design, administration, or data architecture

Strong expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and relational database management systems

Knowledge of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Fluency in English (business language)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Familiarity with Docker containers and/or Kubernetes is a plus

Ability to design end-to-end data solutions and data flows

Experience in optimizing query performance and storage

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Willingness to learn new technologies

Nice to have: understanding of machine learning processes strong communication problem-solving team collaboration
