Your mission: turn CRM into a measurable growth driver, powered by AI.Your day-to-day:- Run and optimize Klaviyo flows, Salesforce lead scoring, and loyalty/retention programs- Build AI-driven workflows: lead scoring, segmentation, next-best-action, predictive reactivation- Oversee phone channels : call tracking, missed-call recovery, lead attribution- Turn customer data into personalization, reporting, and revenue- Own your numbers: conversion, repeat purchase, AOV, CLV, response timesYour profile:- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or equivalent) and Salesforce- Practical use of AI in CRM/marketing (Agentforce, Einstein, ChatGPT or similar)- E-commerce background,
