and is demonstrated in our long-standing relationships with major energy providers in multiple countries.A day in the life of a Murphy Design Manager:Lead the engineering design delivery of existing major Transmission HV 132/275/400kV Substation new build and extension projects.Lead Design Management requirements at tender and/or Early Contractor Engagement stage and allocate resources as appropriate during tender, FEED, and detailed design stages.Integrate multiple engineering disciplines including HV Plant, Protection and Control and Civils from a mix of internal and external designers and OEMs.Undertake the role of Principal Design Representative on project(s) ensuring design information is being suitable managed to the various roles and compliant with the requirements of CDM 2015 RegulationsInvolvement in the development of Business Unit and Group Design Management continual process improvement activitiesReview design pack submissions as re
