Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of key framework contracts, managing a team of commercial professionals while supporting the successful delivery of complex capital investment programmes.This role would suit an established Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior leadership position within a highly regulated project environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial management of long-term framework contracts and capital delivery programmes.Manage, mentor and develop a team of commercial professionals.Ensure effective administration and governance of NEC contracts.Drive commercial performance,
