The holder of this role is responsible for achieving defined corporate affairs targets supported by defined resources and investment budgets whilst working closely and collaboratively with both the UK & Ireland affiliate team and the European/General Corporate Affairs organisations.Essential Functions of the job:Setting and executing the Corporate Affairs & Communications strategy (communication, Government Affairs, Corporate Affairs, & Public affairs) for BeOne in the UK & IrelandEstablishing and maintaining relationships with a broad variety of stakeholder groups including government relations, healthcare organisations, trade associations, working groups, and relevant medical societies (with a focus on oncology and haematology)Steering the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and programs with the above stakeholdersThe incumbent is a key and active member of the UK & Ireland Leadership Team and plays a major role in the co-creation and execution of the local vision, mission and strategyEnhancing and protecting BeOne reputation:Finding new ways and opportunities to lift our reputation amongst relevant external stakeholders in the UK & IrelandDevelop communications strategies and resources to suppor
