The FA is excited to be recruiting a Senior Marketing & Campaigns Manager on a fixed-term contract. You will shape and deliver strategic marketing and campaign activity across a broad portfolio of priorities for England Football, the consumer-facing grassroots brand of The FA, helping make the game accessible, inclusive and enjoyable for all.
A significant focus of the role will be leading The FA's contribution to the UEFA EURO 2028 Community Programme, driving awareness, engagement and impact through a range of purpose-led campaigns and activations that use the profile of the tournament to drive participation and inclusion, strengthen communities and create meaningful opportunities across England.
Key legacy priorities within the Community Programme include growing accessible and inclusive disability football, building a more diverse football workforce, and inspiring boys to play, belong and thrive through positive male role models,
and this role will be integral to developing high-impact campaigns to support these.
Alongside the Community Programme, you will oversee campaigns supporting England Football's wider grassroots priorities, with a particular focus on improving behaviours across the game and promoting participation opportunities such as accredited football and youth club football.
We're looking for a strong leader, a creative and strategic thinker, and an excellent stakeholder manager who can build relationships, influence effectively at a senior level and bring people together around a shared ambition.
Leading a team of campaign specialists, you will set direction, maximise impact and ensure work is insight-led, audience-focused and creatively compelling.
