Who we need
Due to growth within the Colleges T Level provision, we have a new post within the Exams Team. You will join a welcoming team who play a key part in ensuring our exams processes run smoothly.
Were looking for someone who can use their initiative to drive forward improvements within our T Level assessment processes, build relationships with curriculum teams and link in with the relevant awarding bodies. Previous experience and knowledge of T Levels or general exam processes would be an advantage, but is not essential as we will provide full training for the successful candidate.




Youll have an eye for detail and work well with data, demonstrating the ability to process large volumes of data, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Youll ideally have experience of working within a team but also be able to work independently and without direct supervision and will work well when faced with tight deadlines.
Although the majority of the role isnt front facing with students, you will need to have a commitment to providing excellent customer service to those colleagues and customers you come into contact with and you will need to provide support to students during our busy enrolment and exams periods.
What does the role involve?
As a member of the Exams Team your role will be to support the processing and maintenance of student exam records using the Colleges student record system EBS. You will deal with queries from curriculum colleagues, other internal departments, students, parent/g
