30,784.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

The working pattern for this role consist of:
Two positions in the Heaney Hub S609. Rolling over a 8 week period.
Three positions at 132 Lancaster Road S625. Rolling over a 4 week period.
Morning shift 7.30am to 3.30pm
Afternoon shift 2.00pm to 10.00pm
40 hour positions.

- Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs including support needs and daily living skills. This would include potential risks and an assessment of the customers independent living skills as a whole.
