This role is all about improving speed to market, reducing unnecessary handling, rework, cost and environmental impact, and making sure inventory reaches the right place, in the right quantity and format, at the right time.Working across Buying, Merchandising, Commercial Operations, Product, Sourcing, Planning, Packaging, Freight, Technology, Retail and Logistics teams, this role will bridge commercial product development, integral logistics and packaging innovation. From shaping supply chain capability and launch readiness to modelling network impacts, resetting e-commerce and channel-ready packaging, and establishing better visibility across the network, the focus will be on turning complex ideas into practical, measurable change.The successful candidate will bring structure,



pace and assurance to a fast-moving transformation environment, managing milestones, risks, dependencies, reporting and stakeholder alignment while ensuring new standards, operating procedures and feedback loops are embedded into business-as-usual.
