In this role you will develop and execute public affairs strategies to support investments, infrastructure priorities and commercial growth. You will monitor political and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable insights. You will build trusted relationships with government bodies, regulators and industry groups, advising senior leadership on risks and opportunities. You will shape positions on ports as critical infrastructure, coordinate across markets, and support crisis management and resilience. This role offers global exposure and the chance to influence policy in a multinational environment.

• Monitor political, regulatory, labour and geopolitical developments and translate into actionable insights and issue-management plans

• Advise senior leadership on stakeholder dynamics, policy risks, opportunities and issues affecting operations

• Coordinate engagement across Spain and neighboring markets with regional Public Affairs teams
• Support crisis management, employee relations, community engagement and operational resilience through proactive stakeholder alignment
Responsabilidades
• 10-15+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations or public policy within a multinational company, consultancy or public institution
• Strong knowledge of Spain's national and regional political, regulatory, labour and stakeholder environment
• Proven expertise in advocacy, policy analysis, regulatory strategy and influencing decision-making without formal authority
