In this role you will advance Allianz’s information security risk management culture by maintaining a robust framework, giving business visibility into risks, and creating actionable plans. You will strengthen information security capabilities across Allianz and with external partners, supporting global initiatives to boost cyber resilience and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with operating entities to manage cyber risk and share best practices, shaping how risk is governed across a large, international organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Monitor and report KRIs and control deficiencies related to information security and cyber risk
• Provide integral expert support to operating entities in risk management activities and implement mitigations
• Collaborate with operating entities and Group Functions to manage third-party cyber risk and risk assessments per Group Policies




• Lead OE user-group discussions to share best practices and continuously improve information security risk management practices

Responsabilidades
• Practical experience and certifications in information security governance (e.g., CISM, ISO27001, CRISC)
• Experience in large, international, multinational environments
• Fluent in English; second language (German/Italian/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in steering and monitoring without formal authority
• Knowledge of Information Security Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management and GRC tools
• Project management experience in information security is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholders
• Interest in IT and Generative AI (GenAI) as valuable asset
