As Global Process Owner for HR Operations, you will define end-to-end HR processes, establish a scalable design framework, and drive optimization across the HR operating model. You will partner with COEs and HR teams to standardize workflows, identify automation opportunities, and advance a digitally enabled employee experience. You will lead integral process performance monitoring to ensure consistency across regions and countries. • Define and redefine end-to-end HR processes for standardization across the enterprise
• Establish process architecture and design framework to document, manage, and optimize HR processes
• Design new standardized processes for previously undocumented workflows
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience
• Partner with COEs and HR stakeholders across key service areas (Workforce Administration, Preboarding, Onboarding, Leave of Absence, Separations, Offboarding, Workforce Management)




• Monitor global end-to-end process performance, ensuring documentation, consistency, and scalability across regions

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in process design, process excellence, HR operations, or business process reengineering, ideally global/shared services
• Experience designing and documenting end-to-end processes across the employee lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of process design methodologies in HR/shared services contexts
• Experience identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities in operations
• Ability to influence COEs, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate undocumented work into clear processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management across global organizations
