Experteer Overview
In this consultancy role, you will partner with the Public Policy team in Southern Europe and local teams to nurture city relations and influence regulatory processes in Spain. You will drive strategic discussions with elected officials, expand Voi’s footprint, and strengthen tender-ready positioning for cities. You’ll build relationships with federal, regional, and local stakeholders, monitor policy developments, and plan favourable regulations. You will also coordinate with communications and operations to align strategy with company interests and policy priorities.

• Develop and nurture relationships with federal, local, and regional stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory developments and municipal requirements to assess impact and priority
• Plan and implement favourable regulations at local and regional levels
• Support local partnerships and collaborate with political stakeholders and third parties
• Drive market-specific initiatives and priorities for features or operational changes for tenders




• Represent Voi in national industry associations as a policy contact
• Coordinate with external communications agency on local communications strategies and media engagement
• Support local operations in understanding regulations and aligning with company interests

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in political science, communications, transport, urban planning or similar
• 3+ years of professional experience in politics or public policy (city council, state parliament, company, or policy agency)
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong writing skills with ability to simplify complex political issues
• Structured and analytical approach to trend and regulation identification
• Experience in the mobility sector is a merit
