Experteer Overview In this role, you will enable effective FinCrime risk detection and regulatory reporting through robust data models, scalable analytics, and high-quality dashboards. You’ll partner with Compliance, Risk and Product to build data-driven controls across jurisdictions, shaping how we monitor financial crime and report to boards. You will own end-to-end analytics delivery and drive automation to improve FinCrime processes in a fast-growing fintech. This is a hands-on role with real impact on risk visibility and regulatory compliance. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Design and maintain data models and datasets for transaction monitoring, customer risk scoring, and investigations • Own end-to-end delivery of FinCrime analytics solutions (requirements, extraction, transformation, validation, deployment) • Develop and optimise detection logic and monitoring rules (transactions, anomalies, behavioural patterns) • Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy and auditable FinCrime datasets • Build dashboards/tools (Looker / Looker Studio or similar) to monitor risk exposure,



alerts and investigations • Support regulatory and internal audits with traceability of data, methodologies and controls • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of FinCrime processes (screening, monitoring, alert handling) Responsabilidades • 2-5 years experience in Data/Business Analytics (FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services) • Advanced SQL skills (read/write across complex datasets) • Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Google Cloud BigQuery, Looker / Looker Studio, Git) • Experience building data pipelines and analytical datasets • Solid understanding of financial crime frameworks • Experience with Python desirable • Knowledge of payments flows, FX, or banking products desirable • Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) Requisitos principales • Competitive salary • Private health insurance • Gympass • Meditopia access • Versátil hybrid work • 23 days annual leave + birthday off
