Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Red Hat Services in Iberia, driving consulting, learning, and technical account management to deliver profitable projects. You will align with Sales, Tech Sales, and partner teams to shape GTM strategies and manage regional resource planning. As a senior leader, you sponsor the customer journey, oversee delivery quality, and ensure revenue, margin, and utilization targets are met. You will develop a high-performing team and strengthen the Iberia services footprint within the Southern Europe region.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Accountable for services delivery in Iberia with revenue, margin, and utilization targets
• Grow bookings and revenue by pursuing new projects within accounts and countries
• Weekly forecasting of bookings and revenue for the Services business
• Oversee the services sales process from lead to deal closure
• Act as executive sponsor during the customer journey and represent Red Hat Services in country leadership
• Handle SoW approvals, delivery, contracts, and commercial terms
• Set up and maintain a capacity plan for required skills and develop the team and partner network




• Collaborate with Services Operations and regional teams to ensure profitability and staffing sufficiency
• Coordinate with local Sales and Country Management to align Services with strategic directions and account plans

• Extensive expertise in delivering strategic consulting services and driving client success
• Experience building and managing a business team in a matrix environment
• Strong understanding of software professional services and rapid growth dynamics
• Experience with project management processes and revenue-based project reporting
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and talent development
• Ability to articulate value propositions and excel in consultative selling
• Experience leading virtual and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to close complex solutions-led deals worth millions
• Understanding of enterprise architecture technologies and application development/infrastructure
• Experience in sales support for proposals, pricing, and SoWs
• Ability to assess technical and business impact of projects for Red Hat and customers
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
