Experteer Overview As Credit Manager in Sulzer’s Group Treasury in Madrid, you will strengthen the global credit risk framework and support treasury initiatives across the organization. You will lead cross-functional projects and partner with senior stakeholders to enable prudent risk-taking and financing decisions. You’ll shape credit risk processes, factoring activities, and treasury transformation, while working in an international environment. - Support the establishment and development of the HUB credit risk management team
- Drive the creation of standardized and harmonized credit risk management processes across the organization
- Manage integral service contracts related to credit risk management, including relationships with external credit rating agencies and tender processes
- Lead the assessment and design of credit risk management technologies supporting multiple ERP platforms
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and implement standard SAP credit risk management templates
- Evaluate high-value credit limit requests and provide recommendations to Division CFOs and the Group CFO
- Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on credit risk assessment and banking policies
- Support and further develop the company's global factoring processes
- Manage the global bank account structure and maintain operational banking relationships
- Coordinate access management for centrally controlled bank accounts
- Participate in treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organizationResponsabilidades
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international organization, ideally in a regional or group treasury environment
- Strong experience in credit risk management and third-party risk assessment
- Proven success in managing complex cross-functional and international projects
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional proficiency in English
