Overview
In this PwC Manager role, you help solve complex deal-related challenges from strategy to execution within Deals Transaction Services. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value through data-driven insights while adhering to PwCs ethics and leadership standards. You will lead conversations, manage ambiguities, and coach colleagues to deliver impact for clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a general, values-driven environment.
