Production Planner Supervisor As a Production Planner Supervisor, you are responsible for leading and supervising the production planning function. This role oversees a team of planners and coordinators responsible for developing and executing integrated production plans that support customer delivery commitments, operational efficiency, inventory objectives and program execution requirements.Location: Wimborne, UKYour Challenge:Oversees the development and execution of integrated production schedules supporting multiple programs, product lines, or manufacturing operations.Monitors schedule adherence and operational performance.Ensures alignment between customer demand, MPS, MRP and production execution activities.Leads daily production review meetings, schedule review and escalation activities. Partners with Operations, Program Management, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain leadership to coordinate production execution strategies.Leads short-and-long-range capacity planning activities. Drives inventory optimisation strategies while minimising shortages,
